District Twelve
MINING - Welcome to District Twelve, the poorest of the poor where starvation is among the leading causes of death. Kids go down to the mines at the age of 18, and with the dangerous fumes down there, disasters are not uncommon. 12 is looked down upon by other districts, seeing how they're weak, pathetic, and are no contest for the higher districts at all.
