District Two WEAPONRY - The heart of the Capitol's Peacekeeper and weapon supply with the occasional masonry coming out, District Two is the closest to the Capitol, and therefore, the burliest. These guys will show no mercy and while they have had no Career training, were among the best of the fallen rebels. District Four FISHING - Anything that's got to do with water or fishing or whatever is District Four's job. Expert swimmers and extremely skilled in living near rivers or the ocean, District Four is a rather strong district and in a few decades will be known as a Career District. Not now, though. District Twelve MINING - Welcome to District Twelve, the poorest of the poor where starvation is among the leading causes of death. Kids go down to the mines at the age of 18, and with the dangerous fumes down there, disasters are not uncommon. 12 is looked down upon by other districts, seeing how they're weak, pathetic, and are no contest for the higher districts at all.
